NCMP-05. RARE CASE OF INTRAMEDULLARY SPINAL CORD METASTASIS AND CANCER-RELATED STROKE SECONDARY TO NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

Abstract INTRODUCTION Central nervous system (CNS) metastasis from nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is rare and presents with high morbidity mortality. As a entity, few patients CNS NPC have been reported, no studies were available on treatment prognosis. CASE REPORT Our study reports case 48-year-old Filipino male known Stage IVB who developed acute symptoms constipation, urinary retention, bilateral lower limb weakness numbness.
